  • All caravans, cabins, villas, house, cottages, and units, are fully equipped with small stove, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils
  • All cottages, house, units, deluxe villas and en-suite cabins are equipped with a microwave oven
  • Linen not provided but may be hired for $10.00 per bed per stay/or change. Includes linen/towel/blankets & pillows with clean pillow cases. A one off supply - no service provided.
  • To avoid disappointment we require a non-refundable deposit/full payment to confirm all bookings
  • Minimum stay requirements apply during school holiday and peak season periods
  • No refunds if you change your mind. If cancelling booking, a cancellation fee will apply and then a credit note issued for use within 12 months.
  • When you have checked-in, you are committed to your booking dates and no refund applies, if you leave early.
